Losing a loved one in your life is hard no matter who they were to you.
Especially tough for me was when I lost my dear Grandpa. He was always dedicated to taking care of his family and stopped at nothing – literally nothing – to ensure everyone had everything they needed in his home and his neighborhood. Using his skills as a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman, he could fix everything when it came to heating and cooling systems. Having taught me so much about doing this line of work, I never really thought I was wonderful at it until he told me how skilled I seemed to naturally be at it. Working on Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems was just part of the fun, as we had such a loving relationship with each other. He would always take me to go camping and fishing, and it was the best time ever with him. With so much to look forward to, it was really hard on me when he passed on. Silly as it may seem though, it wasn’t until this time when I realized I should consider working towards a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C certification! I already knew a lot already thanks to Grandpa, and I thought he would be proud if I went that route. When I finally signed up for the classes, I felt so many surges of pride pass through me, as if I could feel my Grandpa smiling down on me. It was amazing how everything came so naturally to me!
