Outdoor gym

When I was in high school and college, I was quite an athlete.

I played football and rugby plus I did track and field.

I met my wife in college and after she graduated, we got married. I had a great office job and we got a nice little home. The American dream. However, over the last couple of years, I have really let myself go. A lot. This was the first time in my life I’ve ever felt flabby and I wasn’t sure what to do. At my job, the company is expanding- like my waistline- and they have a lot of construction workers there living in repurposed shipping containers. I thought that was odd, so I checked it out one day. They were talking all about how their prefab shipping container homes are very efficient and are only built with what they need in mind. In these shipping container houses they have prefab kitchens, prefab offices, you name it. The one thing that really caught my attention was inside one of the multi-container buildings they had set up was a prefab gym. Interesting! I looked online and saw that there was a mobile showcase nearby, so I went over and took a look around. Pretty soon I found myself purchasing a prefab gym for the house! My wife was…surprised, but I think she was so happy to see me using my exercise equipment for something other than a clothes rack that she didn’t get too upset with me. I’m happy to report that since the construction of my prefab gym I’ve lost about 20 pounds and I feel great. As long as I stick with the regiment and work out in my prefab gym, I think I’ll be slimmed down again in no time.
