When she missed Christmaxs dinner because of a furnace breakdown, I got really angry.
I knew my wife was an HVAC technician when I met her. I met her at a small business meeting and she was talking about opening her own HvAC company. At that time, I couldn’t believe a woman would not just be an HVAC tech but that she would be interested in opening an HvAC company. I gave her real props for wanting to accomplish this. Little did I know that I would soon be not just dating her, but trying to find a way to ask her to marry me. That was nearly ten years and two kids ago. We are happily married, and she owns her own HVAC company. It worries me that she feels she has to do everything on her own. Whenever an emergency comes up with a furnace or air conditioning unit, she will ask a couple of people. If the other techs don’t want to go out right that minute, she takes the job. I know that she is very diligent with her business and she wanted to keep her ratings high, but I want her at home too. I don’t like that she is always out of the house, regardless of what is going on. When she missed Christmaxs dinner because of a furnace breakdown, I got really angry. She tried to tell me that she didn’t have a choice. Why does she have employees if she isn’t going to make them work. I think she has earned the right to be an eight to five employee. I’m not willing to lose any more holidays because she can’t say no.
