You gotta help out too

Just because I am a hermit plus living alone on the side of a mountain doesn’t actually mean I don’t like people. I don’t prefer people, true, however in general I prefer to work kindly with people, it’s just that I can definitely live without them. That said, if I suppose that someone needs help, or is in danger, I will of course do whatever I can to help them in any way. Because of this, plus our remote mountain location, I have saved the actual lives of more than a few lost hikers plus campers over the years. No 1 ever has the right heating when they come up here, because no 1 loves just how super dangerously freezing it can get. There are a handful of other cottages in this area, plus I realize that they all have a fireplace however no electricity or heating in them. Usually the nearest local deputy will let me know if there are people staying around here, so I can check on them a few times plus make sure they have heating if the weather gets too bad. I would often find someone who doesn’t suppose how to start a fire plus can’t use the fireplace to properly heat up the cottage. I am always patient, showing them how to do it so that they can eventually provide their own heating after I leave. I suppose for a fact this has saved a human life or more than one, plus I even get Christmas cards from some of those silly people to this really day, but you should never be so reliant on gas heating systems that somehow you can’t even start your own fire
